            Senator Walters moved to amend the bill on page fourteen, section eight, line thirty five, after the word “action” by changing the period to a colon and inserting the a new subsection, designated subsection (e), to read as follows:

            (e) The limitation on liability provided under this section shall not apply where health care or assistance is rendered in willful and wanton or reckless disregard of a risk of harm to the patient.;

            And,

            By relettering the remaining subsections.
